Tell us your device, the game version (at the bottom of Settings) and what happened. In the game, Settings > Support opens the same address.
Open the Shop or Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. No Ads and the Starter Pack's No Ads come back this way. Coin packs are used up when they are credited, so if coins you paid for never appeared, email us with the order number from your store receipt and we will sort it out.
Payments are taken by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your order history in Google Play.
Mochirama is free to play and shows ads between levels from level 13 on. No Ads (or the Starter Pack) removes them for good. Reward videos, such as a second chance or doubled coins, are always your choice and stay available.
There is no account. Your levels, coins and cafe decorations are saved on your device. If you delete the game, that progress is deleted with it.
How the game handles data, ads and purchases is in the Privacy Policy. On iPhone and iPad you can change the tracking permission any time in the system Settings app.
